This course begins every Monday of the year.
Information
- The student will participate in 3 training sessions of 60 minutes with a Personal Trainer.
- The training sessions will be from 5 pm to 6 pm, on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
- Suitable for Beginner to Advanced students.
- Level/Placement exam during the first day.
- Classes are in group and they are held from 10 am to 12 pm, from Monday to Friday.
- You can start this course any Monday during the year.
- You can take from 1 to 12 weeks.
- You will receive a certificate at the end of the course.
